This two-phase project is currently on site. Phase one involved refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed dining hall, to incorporate new heating, lighting, flooring and furniture.
Phase two involves remodelling of the servery to create a light, bright, contemporary space including a new pastry kitchen and dish-wash area. The space has been designed so that aromas from the pastry kitchen pump into the servery area to enhance the dining experience.
The project is due for completion in Feb 2020.
